Introducing Interactive Mall Technology – our solution to keep people “mentally” in the mall environment rather than transporting online, by providing a more powerful, fun and useful tool than personal smartphones (and one that is fully integrated with the physical shopping environment!)
To do so, Kodisoft replaces foodcourt tables with specially designed 4-seat Interactive Dining Tables. These are huge, multi-touch surfaces with lightning-fast response that will become the new focal point of the 20 minutes visitors spend at food court.
In addition to many value-added services such as lifestyle content and retailtainment features, the consumer can engage with comprehensive store catalogues, order or reserve products
for immediate pick-up and access wayfinding directions based on proximity. This enables the critical redirection of foot traffic back to the key purpose of driving on-premise sales.
The retailtainment opportunities on our platform are limited only by the imagination of tenants and software developers. By using NFC or password-less Facebook login, it can identify each visitor and track their preferences. The technology can also redirect customer traffic through gamification, personalization and real-time feedback (of which over 90% of our end consumers participate in!).
The Food court is the most crowded place in the mall with the longest dwell time by consumers – and our goal is to make this area more enticing and entertaining them. We convert this from an eating-only destination to a more productive area by replacing traditional tables with Kodisoft’s specially designed Interactive Dining Tables.
